New Release and Mentoring

Doorways is all about making choices. Each doorway represents a possible choice. How can a young girl know which one is the best choice? That's where mentoring comes in. Whether you are an 11 year old who is wiser than a 5 year old, or a 30 year old woman who is wiser than a 15 year old girl, it is our obligation to help our sister make the best possible choices.

My dad always told me that the safest way to cross a minefield is to follow someone who has successfully done it before - WISDOM.

In this world today there is so much that can divide us, but it is vital that women of all ages focus on why we are so similar, and then reach out and help adjust a sister's crown when we can.

I just released my second book, "Warm Winds and Silly Moons", and I must admit it is my favorite. It's full of quirky observations, poems that will take you back to your own childhood, some wisdom from friends along the way, - truly a book of whimsical, capricious, humorous, and thoughtful vignettes. My style of writing is as if I'm sitting across the take from you with a cup of coffee. I make no apologies for punctuation errors (they are purposeful), or even words that I totally made up!
