Mission
My dream is that every young girl would have a mentor to help them navigate the stressful and difficult years of middle and high school. A person they could go to confidentially, who would give them sage advice based upon a lifetime of experience, who would not shy away from shocking questions, who would not lecture, not talk down, but rather, would teach them ‘how to fish’. My dad always said, “if you give a man a fish, you feed him for the day, but, if you teach him how to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”

What is the best way to climb up a ridiculously steep mountain?
If you have a teen girl there's a good chance she thinks you would never understand. That's okay. As long as she has some trusted adult woman in her life that she WILL listen to. My daughter thought I was stupid when she was a teen, but she had her Auntie Jo (my BFF) to guide her - all good.

Teach Them Truths
If they are old enough to ask the question, they are old enough to hear (age appropriate) the Truth. Do NOT bullshit them - they will know.
